That's the added sound over the Cummins running when I walked out of the house this morning.
I had been out been out about 15 minutes earlier to start the truck. I flicked the wipers to clear the evening snow, but accidentally left it on intermittent mode.
The #$%^&* passenger side wiper blade was laying in the cowl gutter while the arm was still making regular passes over the glass.
Yep, it scratched the windshield. Luckily it is very light (barely catch it with a fingernail) and will check if local glass shop that replaced it 3 years ago can buff it out.
Moral of the story? Check you wiper blades.
