skyjacker 2.5 on 2004 2500 4x4

i installed a skyjacker 2. 5 lift on my 2004. Since installing my truck rides like crap. The front springs are too stiff, and my front shocks don't have enough rebound control/dampening. I installed the add-a-leaf to the rear which was part of the kit. Not many complaints there. It's stiff as well but I am commonly loaded so it's no big deal. When I hit shudder bumps I can hear something shifting in the front-end that sound like a worn bushing but it's been doing it since installing the kit. My truck now has 44000 miles on it and 36000 when the kit was installed. I'm open for suggestions on my current set-up. I know I need new front shocks. What type have people had best luck with. . Include links if you know dealers that give good prices. Where should I start looking for the shifting noise. Yes the kit included new upper control arms, i did grease them, and the truck has been aligned.

Maybe try the Bilstien 5100's... . They are suppose to be great. I haven't done anything with my truck yet, but when I do, I'm going with a suspension lift... 3" in front and 1" in the back. check out Lorenz, Carli or Kore suspensions. I'm going with the Lorenz 2. 25 Sway Away System... . Sean knows his business !!!
