It's not that bad, I'm running 40x17x16. 5 Ground Hawgs on my other Dodge. You can easily fit 38s (w/very minimal rubbing) by replacing the 4. 5" springs with the 7" springs. If it rubs with that set-up just add a 1-2" body lift or spacer on top of the coils and you're set.
