2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Skyjacker broke?

I have a 2001 ram with a 4. 5 skyjacker. The other day while rotating the tires I noticed that the shim betweem the replacement leaf packet and the block was broken off halfway in the back. Only the front half remained. Has anyone had this happen. Or does anyone know of a fix?

I have seen these shims break and fall out many times. They just wind up cracking and working their way out from between the block and leaf pack. Never ran them on anything of mine-don't like them. IMO there's not too many options except to just put another one in and keep an eye on both of them.
