Well I picked up my truck yesterday from Concord Safety Center, WOW :D what a difference they Welded my Lift kit in place! The Truck didn't drive this nice stock!!

The problem with the lift kit is that you can't keep it tight and things start shifting, Like the Track Bar drop down bracket it will rock back and forth and the front end won't track straight so if you weld it in place it's fixed for good! The steering is nice and tight now, like a sports car well a 8,000 lbs Sports Car!! :D :D :D

Hi Adam

Does this mean that this was the cause of your truck pulling and not tracking true? Also why did you stay with swampers as you had the flat problems w/ the 36's do you think one inch is going to make a difference?(my wife thinks it would but that is another story for another thread:D )

Hope all is well and call me if you get bored

The tires make the truck

Well the truck wasn't tracking straight and under braking the track bar would move because the drop down bracket would move. Not anymore!!! The 36" Swampers I had were the SX's there a Bias ply with Steel belts over the bias and the new one are the SSR's are 10 ply Steel Belted with 3,900 lbs Rating and they ride VERY, VERY NICE!!!:D :D

So I guess you wont be selling your truck anytime soon now huh, and if you do I guess you wont be taking off the kit. Glad to here you got the problem fixed!

O ya Adam I got the PE Comp box now. If you think my truck went fast when you drove it last time you would $^&# if you drove it now. VERY VERY Fun!
