I experienced death wobble on the way back from Ohio last Sunday and I do not care to experience it again.

On my list of stuff that needs replacement is the steering stablizer and shocks. I know from my recent install of the D25 coils that I need front shocks, and the stablizer has been gone for a while I believe.

What do you guys think about Skyjacker Softride Hydro's? They seem to make reputable products.

I know BigBadDodge runs Skyjacker Hydro's all over his rig. Anybody else have any experience with them?

I have 6 of the hydros plus the dual stabilizers on my heap, IMO for the money they are hard to beat, 70,000+ miles on these, and still working great. BTW, they are lifetime warrented.

Mark, I'm not sure I'd go as far as saying that, I like to think I just "use" the truck for it's intended purpose. :D

Like I said, for the money they are hard to beat, they ride nice, of course my truck it slightly heavier than yours so that helps. There are many better shocks out there, heck, for a few bucks more you can get the t-rex kit. ;)

My shocks that came with my lift didn't even make the year mark... . I have Bilsteisn now... . The ride is good and I hope they will last much longer... They do have a better reputation!

Mark, you going with the dual steering stabilizers or a single replacement?

Single seeing as I don't plan on going any larger than 33's.

I've got 2 Skyjacker Softride's 2" longer for the front (D25's), and a single stablizer in the mail. Should be here tomorrow. :D

Dude, you might have to work a little to get that original stabilizer shock off of the tie rod (if it gives a fight like mine did, but an air hammer and pickle fork attatchment convinced it to come off). Good luck:) !
