Are there any Jews in the house? Although it was horrible treatment of one human being to another, black slavery was a field trip compared to the Holocaust the Jews went through. Difference being the Jews figured out the best way to get back on your feet is to get off your axx.

Their own people captured them and sold them to the Dutch who transported them (in VERY poor living conditions) to America.



Their own people and the Dutch are equally responsible.



Wonder how being a slvave compares to being eaten for dinner?

I wonder how many people actually owned slaves. It would seem that the majority of white folks back then were typical working class people just like they are today. I'm sure not every white person owned slaves.

Yes the transport of slaves was brutal. A lot of them didn't survive the trip across the Atlantic. They were forced to lay on racks and tied up so they couldn't move around. It was a shameful part of history.

What this all boils down to is that we dont owe a dang thang to anyone who wasnt a slave themselves. I didnt enslave anyone, and anyone living claiming they need slave reparations is a lazy, ignorant, welfare loving, un-American, whiney, parasite on society.

The Palestinians were born over there and the UN kicked them out in 1948 to make room for the Jews. Now they want their land back.

I would have no problem shooting someone who was trying to stone me. Rocks are deadly weapons, and kill. Shame on the teenager for bringing a rock to a gun fight. I think the Israelies have shown great restraint. As far as the palastinians go. The might have been kicked out by the U. N. but think back a few thousand years ago. . Who had the land then?? Who, by divine order, gave the land to the Jews???

As far as Rocks go, does the story of David and Goliath ring a bell??

First, let me apologize. Earlier in this thread I added a reply that stated I supported paying reparations. I was just trying to 'stir the pot' a little harder.



Paying reparations would be like trying to drive your truck down the interstate while you are looking behind you all the time. Eventually, you are going to screw up.



It is time for blacks, whites, reds, and all other colors to look forward and define ways to keep America the greatest country on the earth. Otherwise, we are just going to continue to destroy us from within.



The day they vote to pay reparations is the day I quit paying taxes.

Jumbo Jet. Were you really just stirring the pot, or did you honestly believe what you said at the time. If so, dont be afraid to say you changed you mind and saw the light. It might be a first for this bunch. We are usually so hard headed that we would rather quit the site than admit we were wrong.

Honestly, you could ask any of my employees. My favorite saying is "Shoot 'em, put there heads on a stick, and place them next to the road for all to see!"



That goes for a lot of people spouting off today about reparations, as well as justice that should be served on all the rapists, child murdering molestors that seem to be running around this country today. Let alone what we need to do to the terrorists around here.



As well as the Enron exec's, Martha Stewart, ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... ...

plus most male Hollywood stars.
