All I want to know right now is what time are we meeting @ Willow to head over for this dyno run on Sat. ? Or are we meeting at the shop? Got any final schedules yet for this dyno shindig, Craig?

Erik,Due to the Mojave Green rattlers it is not advised to sleep on the ground. They are verry active this time of year!If you must sleep on the ground be sure to bring a

1 1/4" rope to lay around your tent to keep them out!Make sure it is real rough as it hurts their bellys to crawl over it. Yes there are porta potties close but no showers(unless you can con one of the RVers into lettin you shower)

OK, here is the deal for dynoing on Saturday. the shop is called R & E Racing - Ed is the contact there.

He said he figures we can get up to 20 trucks on the dyno if things move along good. We can start as early as 8am. the cost is $50 for the first run and $10 for each run after per truck - hope that makes sense. He is firm on his pricing as this is already well discounted from his normal rates. He will have 2 guys there setting things up and helping out. Sounds very proffessional. I figure we can have whoever wants to, meet at Willow Springs and caravan over from there(some may already be there from Friday night), otherwise, they can meet at the Holiday Inn Express in Lancaster and go over from there. What time does everybody want to meet - 8am? It could take the better part of the day if we have a lot of guys. The meeting places are just to organize everybody ahead of time. Otherwise we can just go straight there. Its just always fun to travel as a group. For more information on the locatoin, you can go to www.re-racing.com

Craig,Went by today and talked to the guy that will be doing the dynoing he is a pretty good guy. I tried to warn them about the smoke and they said that they won't smoke that much!!Hope there will be some good numbers there. Anybody got twins that will be dynoing?I,m starting on my twins tomorow so I won't get to dyno!

Dyno schedule sounds good Craig! I know where R&E racing is so I think I am just gonna go straight there from my house Sat morning and try and get my truck in and out before the rush gets there. I only plan on 2-3 runs.

After that I plan on heading out to Willow, my neighbor's kid is gonna be running a go-kart race there in the afternoon not to mention all the good motorcycle racing goin' on.

Not to steal the thread but i figured everyone here is from SoCal. Did anyone watch the KTLA 5 news last night at 10 and see the story on the "Americana" project voting in Glendale? Well, I wrote on the back of my cummins, "No on A-B-C" and the news reporter went crazy at the polls, did anyone see the segment, because I saw me truck on TV. . Yess!! The tree huggers got to see me Smugpot on tv hahaha

I know some of you won't make it out until a little later, so I figure we will get some started as early as possible so 20 guys aren't trying to get on all at 3:00. The shop will be ready at 8am. Anybody that wants to plan on starting that early? Do you want to meet at the shop, at the Holiday Inn, or Willow. Doesn't matter to me, just let me know. Me and my cousin will be @ R&E @ 8:00am sharp since it sounds like it is first come first serve. There may be another Dodge that will be convoying over there with us but won't know until tomorrow. But so far it is just me and my cousin tryin' to get the first pulls of the day unless someone beats us there by 7:30 or something. After that I plan on heading back to the house until the late afternoon, then at least by 3:00 or 4:00, maybe earlier, I will be heading out to Willow to watch my neighbors kid run in the go-kart race that day and BS with the fellow CTD owners over a few brewskies.

So, that's my plan.

Yup, my truck and my cousins truck and possibly another, but will find out ASAP.

I am definately ready to put it to the competition, and with the numbers to back it up(hopefully), that will be icing on the cake. We'll see though, Game face is on! Oo.
