That depends on your final drive ratio. You want to use the fastest gear possible, with the power you have and still launch the sled. With all the different transmission ratios, transfercase ratios and axle ratios you kinda have to pick and choose the best overall final drive ratio that works. You also need to take into cosideration, the weight class, track conditions/tire combo, and sled size/weight. It's kinda like bowling, dang hard to get right without a slide rule
