I was looking under the truck and noticed on the passenger side of the transmission that this was starting to leak. I guess I'll have them look at this when I take it up for the pile of recalls I have to have performed.
I may be better off to just leave it alone, rather than have it tore into for no more than that. but I don't know. It has just been frustrating to have as many issues as i have had and all the recalls on a truck that only has 30,000 miles on it and that cost as much as these do.
I would take some brake cleaner to it and see if the leak continues before doing anything. Actually I would have the Dealer take note of it then clean the area.
Don't use brake cleaner, some formulas attack plastics and enbrittles them. Use something else like alcohol etc. Dodge even used to have a TSB about this. I found out the hard way,,,,,even though I had read the TSB!
