I have a 2005 Ram 3500 16,ooo miles NV5600 BullyDog Cold Air Intake 5" Exhaust. I pull a Travel Trailer that weighs 13000 lbs In sixth going up a steep hill the clutch will slip. I need a good clutch that will not chatter and will not slip. Any ideas on what is best.

WFowler,

Please feel free to PM me if you have any questions about our Variable Torque systems.

A lot of chatter issues also have to do with the skill of the installation and attention to details or lack thereof.

wfowler if you fill out your signature we would know a little more about you and your truck.

call peter at south bend clutch, you won't be dissapointed.

WFowler,

I've been running the variable torque clutch Gary mentioned above for the past year and a half and @45,000 miles. No problems and Gary is a super guy who is very knowledgeable about his produt and clutchs in general. I'm running the stage 2 set up. With a little change in driving habits, it drives like a stock clutch.

I use my truck for ocassional towing and daily driving. No sled pulling or drag racing.

without fuel mods and using the truck within its advertised limits wouldnt a clutch failing at that milage be covered under warrenty?
