slow site?

first time i've experienced this. this site only is loading VERY slowly. what's going on? just wondering.

It's probably something on the internet backbone between you and the site. Look in this thread - https://www.turbodieselregister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=124393 and try doing a tracert from your machine to the site as shown in that thread. There's nothing on this end indicative of a problem - the server loads have been low all night (less than 50%) and the slow query rate is extremely low (24 queries out of 66,935,119 have taken longer than 10 seconds in the last 3 days).

thanks for the response steve. just read that thread. i'm on a mac. is there any way to do that trace thing from one of them? thanks again

I'm sure there is but I have no idea how you'd do it. I haven't worked on a Mac in 15 years.
