Slow today

The site is running real slow out here on the west coast today. Any known problems?

I've been trying to reply to a thread for 20 minutes now.



It "went through" once, but hen my post didn't show up (good thing I "Copied" my post before I hit "submit", so I clicked reply again, and "pasted" it,,, it's been there,, slowly progressing for about 5 minutes now.



What's the deal? Other sites seem to be running well. including DTR. (Leads me to believe it's not on my end)

It seems to be a problem with a router close to our host facility. It only seems to be happening on send packets. I'm receiving great but sending is extremely slow. I have a trouble ticket submitted - I'm on it.

On my end, it appears the site just crashed, can not access anything or the chat room, whats going on Steve?! Mark

Ok, problem solved. Our host facilities domain server was messed up and that was causing a problem with DNS lookup from our server. They rebooted it and everything should be fine now. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Anyone else having problems and are you still Bob? I've been out all evening and just got home. Everything looks normal here. I just tried a number of posts and PM's and they all went through in a normal amount of time. Let me know.

Oh, BTW, TDR is running smooth for me.

Hey Steve!



Just some info, for the last couple - three months I've noticed a delay when ever I click on any link, the delay is from 3- 20 seconds, when the page would snap open. Didn't think to much about it, I would do a Tracert and the hops weren't excessive so I didn't say anything. Since the server was rebooted, it is back to cruise city.
