Competition slowed up on water/ methanol

ok guys i need sum help

I finally got my twins and mack 6 on the other week. Went to test and tune at local track did good on Wednesday night. Friday install snow perf,took it out on the street and seemed to be better. Sunday they had a diesel race at the local track . First run it slowed down 4 tenths my bulb and 60ft were close to Wednesday nights run. Senond run slowed down 9tenths.

Well the first round it left great hit second gear getting ready to shift out of 4wd and the transmission let go shuttering back and forth. Im pulling it out and sending back to suncoast to see what happened.

My questions is has anybody ever slowed up using methanol or could it have been my transmission the first and second run. It was running different those two times like it had a miss. half way down the track 1/8mile track/

Any help would be great ,guess I have to wait for transmission to get fixed so i can try it out again.

The W/M should have helped your ET's



i would also check your head gasket, do you have it O-ringed and studded ??

No not o-ringed but yes I have studs that was the next step. I did have both 625 nozzles in it, and had it coming on at 25 psi 1/2 way and full at 40 psi. Just so many new parts on its hard trying to fine tune everything.
