Hello, I currently have a Super B installed. Along with it I have Suncoast transmission/billet shafts(should be good for 700 hp), mag hytech pan, dynomite diesel 60 hp injectors, AFE stage 2 intake, edge comp, BD secondary lift pump, pyro, transmission, boost gauges, 4" exhaust(bank$). The problem I am having is sluggishness out of the hole. The super B seemed to work well with stock injectors & an edge EZ. Then I had the transmission built & switched to industrial injection 80 hp injectors and the comp box & secondary lift pump. Truck became real sluggish. If I mashed the throttle it would just sit there and smoke waiting for the turbo to get up. Once the boost kicked I could drive away from the black cloud of death (very fast). Got tired of all the smoke on hole shots and low rpm's so I switched to dynomite diesel 60 hp injectors. Not as much smoke(or power) but still sluggish. Is this normal for the Super B?????

My truck is about the same. I'd like a better bottom end boost off the line or when I get on it. Switching from stock to the Super B seems to have left me with "low boost smoke" and a lag untill it gets up there a bit. I was told that this was in part to the tighter tourque converter; but, I think the turbo has more to do with it.

Thanks for the input 44. It's good to know someone else is having the same issues. So far all I have heard is blame on the TC. Which does have merit. I have seen trucks with alot less on them take off a whole lot faster with hardly any smoke. So I know it can be done. Just trying to figure out the right combination. Thought I might get some good input here??

Thanks again
