Class 8 Mechanical Type's

Yanmar motors any good this is a 13. 4 HP I have heard of them but no experiance with them.

13. 4HP @3600RPM 2 Cyl, Diesel, Liquid Cooled, ES, No Air Cleaner, Muffler, Alternator, or Radiator

How many Mule power is it? Put a P Pump next to it for a size reference.



Might want to tell the TDR's what ya got up yer buffalo robe with this one Big.

I believe that is the same engine that the Tri-Pac units use. Difference is in the Tri-Pac application it is rated at 7 hp @ 1850 rpm.



Talked to our T/K Tech a minute ago and he agrees, same engine with a different governor and/or settings,.



If it is then they have been a very tough unit so far, we have installed at least 200 of these in the last several years. The basic engines themselves have give zero trouble.



This gives a look at the injection pump side, if you full screen it you will see that the pump and other hardware appear identical.

Thanks Mike he's using my shop to work on his project so need him set up soon :-laf Just kidding he just needs something. Did kind of look like it didnt it.
 
Yanmar is an old line Japanese manufacturer of top quality marine engines. They also make engines for other applications (as you see here), tractors, and small excavators.
