Had a buddy take the truck. He was under the impression that dodge programmed the turbo saver feature but we all know that this is done by tst. Well can you program this feature say when smarty asks which program (1-9) have a sub menue (1-9) for per minute truck will run. Also how about a menue to program a speed limit? This would be helpful for me with letting employees taking the truck and knowing they will be only be able to go say 55 mph. :-laf



Could you program idle to half throttle in level 1 and any thing over half throttle level 9? Kind of a software nitious.

Interesting thoughts, my primary gripe with Smarty (other than a hanging throttle) is that the throttle seems to be compressed into the top half. It makes driving light and smoke free a real pita. Going from level 1 to level 9 at half throttle would make for a rude awakening on a wet road, hell going from no throttle to half throttle can surprise ya. I really wish the Smarty added fuel in a linear fashion thoughout the whole pedal range. As for now I am back on stock programming until a Smarty program I like is released, no I am not gonna sell it, good things are still to come, I hope.

What torque management level are you on?

Well stock is better than wild but ALL of them cause the throttle to hang, and ALL of them smoke FAR more than TST and pressure alone, even Smarty on timeing only and VA 3. 1 on low power smoke more than TST on 2/1 and VA on high power.

Has marco addressed this hanging throttle thing yet? I emailed Bob a couple times and never got an answer back on it.
