Smarty '06 HELP!! Unknown Software Message!

I just got my Smarty today, went to plug it in inside the post office parking lot and got a "Unknown Software" message, and Bob ain't around for the weekend! Can someone PLEASE point me in the right direction so I can save my weekend?? :-laf I had the truck in the dealer last week for the white smoke issue and they flashed the pcm, maybe it's that software that it can't recognize?

She still runs fine, I got it home, just "Unknown Software" came up and that was it, it's like it was going "wtf is this in here, I ain't gonna even try to work with this" .

The *. *. AQ software version has been recently relased by Chrysler. I'm working on the new data base for Smarty. Full steam... You need to understand that the whole data base for Smarty is over 500 different softwares I need to work on. Almost all years have gotten new softwares at the same time.

I understand your feelings, sorry for the wait! Soon...

The AQ software fixes an erroneos code issue... ..... we have been seeing a lot of these recently... ... ..... remember pull your Smarty off before taking it in for any cel issue.

I took it in last week to deal with my cold smoke and stumble issue and they re-flashed my pcm with that #AQ program and it took care of it, my mpg went up also. I guess it's a good thing I did it now instead of it working, them doing this, and I go to play again and it wouldn't take... ... ... .

So tell me if I am understanding this correctly. I took my truck back to stock the other day (bully dog triple dog), and I have a smarty on order. I was talking to my dealer yesterday about fuel mileage etc and the service writer told me to bring it in for a new flash. If I do this I likely won't be able to try the new Smarty until the revisions are written correct? Or I could just cancel the flash at the dealer and use the smarty when it gets here, update it when it is available and I'll have the new software then anyway right?

I thought the Bully Dog corrupted the stock program and Smarty won't work with it at all? Hopefully I'm wrong, but I think that's what I heard. My truck is bone stock btw.

No... guys have gone back and forth between the triple dog and smarty without issue.
