You need to get a hold of Bob Wagner, he will help you out, but you need atleast a turbo and trans to get this program. Its going to be vin specific deal so only for your truck (personalized).

I have an S-04 also, just download the latest version off the Mads website(dated 12/13/07), it will get you real close .
