I love my truck because it has a Cummins, the nice body styling, and the only truck I have ever driven that had plenty of power. First time I pulled my ~8K trailer up the Sepulveda Pass in Los Angeles I was slower than most of the other traffic. I looked at the speedo and I was doing 80+ (going uphill!!) with plenty of ooomph to go and then some. Needless to say I slowed way down.
I just a;ways have power with this truck.

1. The sound - I LOVE the low RPM diesel clatter when I launch from stand still.

2. POWER! I love the way I can tune into the brains of this thing and make it do what I want

3. POWER! Towing is a breeze

4. Great big engine parts - rebuilding is seldom fun when catastrophe hits, but getting to hold a huge piston and connecting rod up in front of gas engine builders is pretty cool. Needing to use a cherry picker to pull the crankshaft becasue it's so heavy is pretty cool too

I'll end this with a question - what's not to love?!

I love everything about it. The feel of it, the power, the power rumble sound it makes, and the whine of the turbo when its making that power, the elevation above all other traffic, the feeling of safety surrounded by all that steel, the quickness and firmness of the 6 spd auto and the jake brake... hell I love this truck and the 19 mpg empty running! Pulls my camper like its not even there. Toooo sweet!

For starters, it not a chevy or ford.



Then... ... ... . it has a a good power curve (but a smarty wouldn't hurt)



Lastly, the chicks love it - even the wife wants to go everywhere in the truck.

What i love about my truck. it’s a dodge, it has a cummins and it has loads of power. i cannot stop laughing when i am pulling my 35ft gooseneck trailer and some bone head tries to dart out in front of me and all i do is push that little go pedal and he can’t do it. Its also great to see the look of the guys with the mustangs when you beat them off the line with a big heavy truck. LOL

I love my truck because it is capable of doing everything I demand of it! From pulling any trailer that is attached to it to hauling a ton of stuff to where ever it's needed. Even carries the toys to the lake for the weekend. All this and terrific fuel economy too. What more could you ask for.

I love my Dodge because it allows me to set upright and see over the traffic through large windows while the engine pulls strongly as I guide this powerful vehicle down the highway.

What I love about my truck

Right now we are on a 3K mi. trip through the rockies, through the mid west and back by the Grand Canyon to CA. My truck has pulled the 15K lb. 5ver flawlessly. What we love is the safety and reliability.
