So, I have a question about smoke. The only time I see smoke out of mine is if I am just taking off with the trailer in tow or I have been putzing around. I any case all she does is blow a wisp of black and that is it. She does not "roll the coal". I figured because of the fact it does not belch out black, that my combination as a whole was pretty well working in unison and thus I was not wasting anything unnecessarily (i.e. fuel). Am I even remotely correct in my thinking or am I leaving power on the table somewhere?

Sounds normal, it's a good combination.
