Ok, I give... . what is the new upgrade 10-20-08 do ?



I found that is now has a dual added switch for timing and duraration.

Is there any documention for it ? What does the 1 thru 4 timing setting do and which one is higher ( one or four ) ? Same for the duration ? I am so so confused... ... ... ...

The new software offers you 4 levels of torque management and 4 level of timing advance.

Hey Bob, This might be a stupid question, but before downloading any updates to the Smarty Jr, do you need to un-install the program from your vehicle? Thanks for the info.

I left the beta installed on my truck and then updated my JR, then installed the newest version of JR. No problems, others have done the same without issue. The trucks OEM program is kept in a seperate file on the JR to never be overwriten, just a guess. Update away.
