Smarty Jr. w/ after market injectors?

I thought I read in the Jr. info that it did not work with after market injectors. I have about 35,000 on my 07 and i was going to put some honed honrd 50's before the Jr. came out. This is probably a ? for Bob so what up. Which injectors do you like with the Jr. ? how's the miliage effected? Thanks.
