I'm told they'll be up tomorrow. Btw, thanks for putting up with my complete lack of computer knowledge for an hour Bob!! Your patience with me speaks loudly of your CS!!

Ehmmmm... . How do I tell you that now???:{

We were publishing the files yesterday night when the computer, with which I do all the software work for Smarty, showed up with a blue screen of death.
HD problems... . At that point, panic...

We stopped the download to the web site and checked the softwares. Seemed OK. I've tried a download in my truck with the software's we were publishing. OMG the transmission shift points acted up! Something got corrupted...
That was arround 1Am our time...

Good news is that I did a "complete" backup right a couple hours before the HD decided to retire. I'm now going through all the softwares checking and correcting eventual problems. Working with the backup computer...

I'm half way through it. I'll finish today! Hopefully Murphy's law will not strike me again.

Sorry for this further delay!

Marco

The 06 update(s) are published now. Like for the other trucks, three different torque management options are availabel. Please, keep in mind Smarty comes with # 2 loaded. # 1 is less aggressive, #3 is more aggressive than the #2 SW.

Again sorry for the long wait!

what will the update do for the 06

MAN, I couldn't believe it - the Smarty actually changed that truck into some sort of sporty-type car as you drove it around the block - AWESOME!  :-laf

(edit)

SAY, is there any way I can get MY truck to change into a new Corvette body style by using the Smarty? :-laf :-laf

jsdan,
you do not NEED the update. From the performance point of view, nothing changed. Except the for the fact that there are now three Torque manangements to choose from. Should a dealer update your ECM to the latest software then you'll need the update.

Matt,
I've worked also on the 03-04 SW's. They're all based upon the "beta" you've tested. I'm in the final stages with those too. Also what you've aked for is done. Before I say one more time "tomorrow" and then run into stupid problems... .
Before this week finshes they'll become availabel. ;)

Marco

Marco I UNDERSTAND IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A BOOST FOOLER THE HIGH BOOST WILL LEAVE A FIGURE PRINT OVER THE FACTORY OEM STANDARDS IN THE ECM. (((THAN WILL SET OFF A RED FLAG)))??? :--) IS THAT TRUE, HELP US TO UNDERSTAND
