I'm pretty sure if a dealer really wants to go after you, they can go through your computer, and find the upload and download cracks with the BDDL. If they were like many dealers, and just plugged it into the computer, no, I don't think they could tell.

Why does everyone say BDDL is so hard on the computer? I have not had any issues. The TST... now that was hard on my truck. Not happy with TST.

Blackdiesel..... do you drive everyday on level 9?

Yes, I drive every day on level 9. Doesn't matter if I'm empty or loaded, it stayes on level 9. Towing is awesome with the smarty too. I used to have to go from the CL program to the 90 hp program with the BDDL. EGT's with the CL are insane and it took forever. Thats what I can't get over with this Smarty. it smokes like an old 12 valve, it runs stronger than my 2001 that I invested ove $18,000 in and my mpg has went up 1. 4-1. 7 mpg on the last 4 tanks, and the egt's are somehow almost like stock. . And throttle response is WAY beyond anything else on the market. I never thought someone would come out with a chip that I'd love this much.

Are you sure about this. And if so please provide proof. #ad

The only proof I have is that the other day I hooked up my OBD from Alex Peper and it showed over 5000 key starts.

So that tells me that Triple Dog did not erase the key cycles

From what I've been reading that is what everyone has been worried about. .

I have not used a Smarty... I have an 06. I have had three of Bullydogs different products on an 03 Cummins and 04 Ford. WAY TOO MANY CODES on both trucks. The Edge on the 06 has not produced one. I have been happy with it, but wil check out the Smarty when available.

Its not only the key cycles but the duty cycle percentage too. The DRB reads this and only the smarty hasnt changed this as of yet.

Once you get as far as I have with the turbo and transmission etc... ... It doesnt really matter if The dealer can trace it. I kissed my warranty goodbye a while ago
