What are you guys running for settings on the smarty? I am looking for a starting point as I'm not banking in the time department. I get home and then 2 days later I head to Ohio pulling my box.



I was going to start on 3 with timing but I don't know if that will work or not. The truck will have Banks dual exhaust on it and a drop in filiment.



Any and all inputs are welcomed.

The power level you can safely use starts out with how much transmission you have (or clutch if you are manual equipped)
 
Its a manual. I have a South Bend twin disc that needs to be exchanged for the new truck. I bought it last year for the 03. To bad they aren't the same. I plan on stopping by the store on the way back to AZ to exchange it though.
 
dont forget that you can get your stock turbo pretty hot i think that was what i broke mine :) hig egts

i have a 05 auto and on the dyno i got 429rwhp with just smarty and cat removed.

now i have changed turbo and got x2 the pressure but havent had time to dyno jet

also last night i installed my 100hp injectors and smarty sw3 is now stornger than ive ever felt

in my truck. but when it was stock i was always on sw3 or sw5 (1-3 about same milage and 5 may was a bit less mpg but alot more fun when someone tried to cut you of while cruising on highway)

torque management om 2 or maby 3 and then timing on 2. . if you dear and have good pump/injectors put up the rp too
