I am currently running Smarty REVO (non-TNT) with the following settings:
SW3 (60hp), TQ2 (mild), TM3 (aftermarket injectors) and RP1 (stock)
I have a built trans (flexplate, billet input, 3x low stall convertor and new VB).
I tow an 11k 5er 100% of the time.
What benefits or cons can I expect if I change from TQ2 to TQ3 (moderate)? while towing?
Truck runs great as its set up and I can get to 1300F EGT if I pull a huge grade like Cabbage Hill and keep my foot buried, however, I have to let out of it for curves, so I mostly see 1200-1250F max pulling a grade. Max boost is approx 30 psi.
Thanks,
Louis
