Hey Bob, can you post a list of power levels for the Revo TNT programs. The only thing I've ever seen posted is that it starts at 100 HP and goes up to 230. On the Revo 0 is half power, #1 is 30 HP no additional timing, #2 and 3 are 60 without and with additional timing and #8 and #9 are additional power only on 04. 5 and up.
If TNT starts at 100 HP with additional timing is #2 100 HP without timing? It looks like the different power levels start on the even numbered programs on the Revo and odd numbered ones on the TNT? I know actual power levels will vary with other supporting mods but I would love to see a list of theoretical power levels for the different software numbers.

Like Will said the TNT HP numbers are dependent on so many things, that no Marco does not really define SW x as xx HP.



From the TNT instructions:



The REVO TNT software has been written for trucks with extensive modifications. The horsepower levels start around 100 Hp on

CaTCHER # 1 and reach 230 additional Hp on CaTCHER # 9. These HP gains are referred to a “close to stock” engine but

depending on your modifications can be more. With correctly modified and tuned engines we have seen gains in the 400+ Hp range

above the stock software.



And this also from TNT instructions.



The injection timing is critical for the engine responsiveness and overall performance. The difference between one timing level and

the next one can be as much as 85Hp! Which is the right one? That depends upon the mods done to the engine. The only valid

way to find out is a dyno.



So you start at 100hp and either dyno or guess.
 
What specific mods are needed to run the TNT? Obviously, springs are needed to run the higher rpms, but what is necessary for stock rpms? Equally obvious is more air for the fuel. Anything specific?

aftermarket transmission, upgraded fuel delivery, turbo.

I've read the instructions more than once. If you read my original post I state that. I still have unanswered questions .

Upgraded CP3 for one, I can drian the rail on #2 with my tired old OEM unit.

I understand, just thinking that based on what Marco has posted and what is printed means you are probably not going to get any kind of definitive answer.



I know on mine that tuning now is harder than ever with the lastest TNT. I used to be able to take it to the dyno and spend a morning doing different settings/stacks/etc. and come up with close to optimum for my configuration. That was before revo/tnt. Can't really afford that anymore and now more settings/stacks to try.



It would be nice to have some kind of matrix that would get close, but with all the supporting mod options it would be close to impossible to do. Especially since every truck seems to act a little different with same mods.



But it sure doesn't hurt to pose the question and see what answers happen.
