Smarty Trouble! Help!

My buddy got a new smarty last thurs. and set it on the sw9. Now his clutch is slipping and he went to turn it down and it keeps saying its vin locked. The second time its been hooked up! He put it on his truck thurs. and has not took it off.



Anybody got any ideas? Bob? Marco?

wouldn't it be better to upgrade the clutch?

the smarty only works on 1 truck at a time. so either his smarty is screwed up or he's lying and he let somebody ''borrow'' it and they didnt set it back to stock before they gave it back. as for the clutch? what do you expect from a stock clutch? it's not made for that kind of power.

some of us try more than the usual LOL... ... ... ... .

My clutch will slip in 5th and 6th gear if i STAND on it at the SW#3 setting. I dont know if anyone else gets this, but its nothing terrible. It only seems to do it when i am running along (55-65 mph) and jump on it (right foot down as fast as humanly possible to the floor). If i lay on it mildly no issues. From a stand still rolling through the gears, i dont have ANY problems with slipage. Thought I'd throw my 2 cents out there.....
