Is anybody running this stack or has ran this stack with any good or bad results. i've ran a tst for a long time and had it stacked to a edge ez but it dos'nt work on my truck, dont know if its the edge box giving me problems or what it work fine with out the edge. So im looking at a smarty mainly for the 4000 rpm file and a little more fuel. Any thoughts???

Thanks

I am and there are a good number of others running TST/Smarty stack. I personally have an EZ stacked with mine also since my TST cannot do rail pressure.

You need to make sure you have the latest TST updates you can do. This should give you timing control along with other options.

The latest Smarty software has changed the way I configure TST for stacking, but if configured correctly the TST still adds upper end power and allows for some on the fly adjustments.

I had mine updated 6 months ago. Has there been any new updates? will the Smarty do fuel pressure? I was useing the ez for fuel pressure as well untill it went haywire?

Thanks

I don't think there has been any TST public updates in the last six months. I have seen posts on special TST upgrade to use with Smarty, but don't know if it really exists or not. I have TST R49 with everything but Rail Pressure option. Has enough granular control to stack with just about anything.

The latest Smarty REVOlution Software does do Rail Pressure so should not need the EZ for rail pressure with the new Smarty.

I am currently running Smarty on 2 (anything higher smokes like a frt train)stacked with the TST and when towing my 5er the turbo does not spool and pull as well as when I had the TST / EZ stack, although when just driving around town unloaded the Smarty's reduced torque mgt gives the truck a much smoother accelleration.
