Would like to try something new. The box was replaced by Mads last summer due to a failing screen, so not too sure what tune is on there. What would you guys suggest as a good one to try. I was running an older version of TNT and that seemed to work pretty well. Looking for quick spool up with out tons of smoke and something that I can tow with.

I would download the latest tune off Mads website, whether that be TNT or otherwise, since they are always refining the software, I would guess that to be a good place to start.

I'm running the Revo KO1 emissions compatability tune which is fairly clean unless I rev the crap out of the truck.

What I have observed though is occasionally,I remove a tune and just drive the truck stock. For quite a few high rpm runs, smoke just pours out of the tailpipe, then it cleans up completely. The only thing I can figure is that with Smarty the fueling is down so low that the cat never gets hot enough to clean it's self out.

Who knows? After the initial few runs,I can't get the truck to smoke regardless of rpm's or load.

The cobwebs need to be blown out once in a while if you always drive for fuel mileage

For towing I would run TNT SW1 max, but Revo SW3 or SW5 is probably better.

I agree on the latest tune from their website.

Mine does it too, so much that when I have been tuning UDC I have to do a few WOT runs just to clear the pipes, and then get into checking the smoke of the tune.
