Smarty?

I feel kind of stuipd for asking this question, but what does the SMARTY chip do? Why is everyone so eger to get one? What are the benifit's? Does it affect the rail pressure, or is it a timing and duration box? Is Anyone running a SMARTY and a TST box "stacked"??? From what I gather that would be the stack from hell... :-laf Thanks... ...

The Smarty which is due to be released to the public in Febuary is a downloader, not a chip. They are beta testing them now. More info can be found here http://www.madselectronics.com/faq.html
