Right now, the best way for me to control smoke on the street is with my right foot.

My smoke is controllable if I roll into the throttle. If I press or stomp the pedal the smoke can be "quite :-laf noticeable".

I expect a CaTCHer & Turbo upgrade will help clear it up.

Same as me, course the inline pump aids to that. :D

Agreed. My vote is for "smokless power" as well. I like to see a little haze at WOT but I hate a haziness at idle. JMHO

Matt, won't the switch on the MAP sensor cause the truck to go into limp mode? Or am I missing something?

What I'm thinking is, a circuit that shows the computer the equivalent to 20 lbs of boost.

Much like a comp's sublevels, the ecm sees boost and adds fuel accordingly. With a fake boost signal I should get those puffs of smoke needed for I 25 traffic.

I do enjoy blowing smoke, but save it for the tailgaters, driving on back roads, or the occassional teasing of a 'Stroker/D-max owner. ;) When puttering around town or in lots of traffic, I can control the smoke fairly well with my right foot. Almost always get some smoke when going into O/D lock-up, though. If I don't plant the go pedal with low boost, it isn't too bad.
