Well guys, I got my grubby hands on a UPS rig. :) This guy's rig busted down here in my school's lot during a delivery. I opened the hood and it was a Five-Niner:D

I performed some mild ADJUSTMENTSand replace his new/damaged FRAM fuel filter. I installed a real filter.

He'll be getting home a little earlier from now on. :-laf

He stopped in again yeaterday and handed me several Fleetguard fuel filters WITH the water drain;)

Go Brown!

Just tell him NOT to tell the depot. They frown on it. Our driver broke 2 rear ends in his truck. Guess they weren't designed for 2nd gear burnouts and powershifts. It did get the best mileage in the fleet though. :D

In HighSchool on the way to school, just about ever day If i'd leave at a certain time I'd pass by the UPS facility and you'd catch 4 or 5 trucks racing from light to light.

Some of them smoked more then others.

Was rather funny to watch.

ROFLMAO

Now THAT is something, lemme tell yah!!

I honestly did not know that BROWN had vans with the old 5. 9's. I wish I had taken down the serial number. It had some odd looking parts on it. The lift pump for one was disc shapped. Like a flying saucer... ...

The air intake was a pipe. Straight pipe with a flange. Alumminum I suppose.....
