I have an 03 250hp with a banks on it. Finally got Banks to fix it.

Problem now,---fuel milage down, smokes at idle cold or hot.

Idles ok, smoke is blueish black. On a quick rev a puff of black comes out.

While driving down the road, I really don't see anything unusual.

Got 220,000 miles on it, been a good truck. Any ideas?????
