Has anyone heard of this. Seen it on cumminsforum. Sounds fun, say they will be a dyno and 1/8 mile drags, and maybe sled pulls. Dieselschedule.com is listing it with info to come. Always wanted to have a diesel meet in gatlinburg/pigeon forge.

Been to 3 of them... . It's a fun time. The spring run usually coinsides with the Rod Run in Pigeon Forge. 20 miles of Gridlock. I would suggest going on around I40 to Newport to come into Smokin'.



They have a Good turnout. The Dyno has been booked at the ones I attended. Keating ran at the first one I watched. 130mph in 1/8th will make your hair stand up.



I didn't like the Dates. Tr-Fri-Sat

Sled pulling will be down the road in jefferson city on saturday night. drag racing will be at English Mtn dragway friday and saturday nights dyno saturday morning and afternoon at crazyhorse campground on hwy 321. I biggy is right. Go to the second newport exit whic is hwy 321 and head back in towards gatlinburg. it will save you from two hours of traffic jam caused by the grand rod run.
