snow stage 3 water meth Questions! HELP

Ok the truck is torn down and Im in the process of installing the Snow Stage 3 kit.



first issue is the pyro probe fitting is 1/2" and both of my pre-tapped ports on my HTT manifold are 1/4... . can I just switch to a standard pyro?



2nd the pyro probe is LONG!! it will hit the other side of my manifold!... refer to question one resolution... ?



3rd where are you guys mounting the "draw straw" at in the STOCK windshield washer fluid tank??

there might be some resistance thingee based on the total length of the wire you are given. Others may fit but the resistance will be off and give you a false reading. And that my friend, may ruin your entire day when you are under full load at Dyno Day with all those friendly witnesses posting about it all over the web.

The pyro probe is adjustable. You dont have to sink it in all the way. Drill out and retap one of those 1/4" holes. Its soft metal and taps easy. I used the bulkhead fitting that came with the kit and put it on the side facing the firewall of the ww tank about 1/2" up from the bottom. HTH Jim

In my HTT I had a 1/8" and 1/4" hole. When you set the probe in, just drop it in til it bottoms and then pull ed up a 1/8-1/4" and then lock your set screw.
