Where is a good place to get a snow water meth stage 3?

I checked out Matt's NEW site were you can buy directly from him. PDR sells them, Industrial Injection has the stage II on there site as well but I am sure they could get the stage III. A quick search found the cheapest place to be The Diesel Site at $40. 00 of MSRP.
