snowplow + springs

I just installed a Blizzard Snow plow on my truck and am wondering what I can do to help support the plow. I am thinking about putting Skyjacker D25 in to level it . I have been told that the D25's are heavier rate than the factory snowplow prep springs, is this true? IS there even a snowplow prep group on the 3g's?

I've got the D25 springs and they are definetally stiffer than the stockers w/ the snow plow prep.

How heavy is that Blizzard plow?



I'm thinking of getting a new Boss or Western 9 footer to replace the 8 foot Western I have for sale now. It's from my 95 and will not fit on the 03.

Plow weight

The plow is a Blizzard model 800 straight blade that weighs about 750 lbs. the 810 weighs in at 950 lbs and can go to 8' to 10' by flipping a switch.
