Well, I slipped my clutch.

For those of you running any fuel pressure gauge doesn't matter who your using.

Are you using a snubber valve or not?

Not really looking for opinions just trying to decide if it's worth buying or not before I install my edge fuel pressure gauge to my insight to read my fuel pressure from my Fass system. I already have the big line t fitting I will be using.

Nope, no need for a snubber on a vane pump. The fuel lines and an isolator hose will take care of any spikes. Only really need a snubber on a reciprocating pump.

Thank you sir,

I plan to use the big line 1/2" t fitting from gloshift with my 1/8" npt fuel pressure sensor, install it in my blue Fass 150 fuel line going from the pump to the cp3, I was thinking about 8-12" back from the cp3 and connect everything from my edge that I need. I believe since it is the push lock I won't need the hose clamps correct?

I would a grease gun line into the t-fitting and move the sensor even further away from the engine and main lines just for more isolation. The electronic senders do not like the vibes at all over time. Should not need clamps with push loks.

So say I was to do the sensor say under the driver seat? Probably 2' away would that work? I also wasn't sure if I needed them and sense I didn't need them when I installed my Fass I just put them in the tool box.

Sorry, thought you were putting it up front where it normally is. For an LP gauge right off the CP-3 inlet is the most informative place to install, that is where the vibes are the worst. Under the truck then directly in line with a Y should be an issue.

Don't run diesel into the cab! Make sure you have an isolator in the line. SnoKing

To clarify. I will be running the big line t fitting under the truck along the frame in my big blue fuel line that came with my Fass. I measured it out and should place the sensor about 2' from the cp3 Inlet.

What is an isolator? Is it similar to a snubber valve? Edge support is telling me I don't need anything like that?

Fuel on one side and antifreeze in the line to sensor or gauge. If has a diaphragm to separate the fuel from the line to the gauge or sensor.

Is this needed for an electronic gauge? Thought it was for a mechanical only?
I'm running an edge CTS insight and using there fuel pressure sensor kit so it's all electrical gauges for everything.

Not if you have the sensor under the truck or hood and not under the seat in the cab. SnoKing
