Transmission Failure while towing NV5600

Proper use of Roto-chocks

Well, headed to the Pomona Fairplex RV show this Sat 10/14/06 with an open mind. Got cash from launching the Good Ol Toybox about a month ago and I think it's time.

It's only my youngest son and my self riding dirtbikes these days so I definitely am not going down the Toy Hauler road again.

I would like to get a fiver but am not interested in hauling doubles, so that pretty much narrows it down to a TT of some kind. The plan is to throw the bikes, Two YZF450's and a BBR 50 (the wife doesn't ride anymore would rather hang out at camp and BS  ) in the back of the Dodge and slap a nice TT behind.

We really like the Starwood's by McKenzie (Monaco), and the Arctic Fox by Northwood both have a 16" wheel upgrade option. I am definitely not interested in anything built by Fleetwood, Thor, Forestriver, Skyline ETC hell I am even going to look at the Airstream line.

Any suggestions on nice TT's that will be at the show let me know.

If you see any Titaniums there, be sure to check them out. Were happy with ours. Its 100% better built then the fleetwood crap we moved up from.

Edit: Never mine, you said Travel Trailers.

Thanks for the link, your right those are some well built units. I wish I could get a fiver, but I wouldn't have any way to haul the motorcycles. I am interested in a nice well built trailer but need to get a TT.

Several people in our group do have beautiful fifth wheel set ups, but have to haul a trailer behind the fiver. Now thats cool but I watch my friends and what they have to go through getting from point A to point B, with respect to refueling stops, restaurants ETC.

I just don't want the added expense of an additional trailer, and the headaches involved with the above mentioned.

Your right about no more Fleetwood products, I've given them plenty of my blood. #@$%!

Airstreams are bad*ss trailers. Talk about a trailer that will outlast you and your kids. A bit spendy, but well worth the money.
