Northern California dyno events. How often?

J&H NORCAL DIESEL RALLY 2006

By the way, I called 10,000 RPM here in Lancaster and their dyno is an engine dyno only. The only other one around here is a R & E Racing and even though Ed trys really hard he just doesn't get the diesels right. Guess we will have to find someone else. Sorry guys.

Yeah, I just found that out as well, I guess I was misinformed about what kind of dyno they had there. Oh well, not going back to R&E after the wonderful experience I had there

I showed up also but all the people I met were from DTW. I must have not talked to the right people. I left right after the second run of Tim's Big Diesel Power. Tim, you are a great magician. I never did think an entire dyno shop could disappear with spin of the rollers! Hopefully I'll met more people at the next event.

I m the one with the stocker that they couldnt get right.

It was the third truck they ran. Silver 2500.

I showed up there to get a base figure to see what I had in stock form so I could figure what I wanted to do for mods.

They said I could do a rerun. Im not sure Im going to let them try again.

I dont want to waste my time or fuel going to someplace just to be disappointed.

It seems like they were listening:

We are in the middle of a major hardware and software upgrade. We are attempting to rectify improper testing of diesel vehicles. In order to maintain our outstanding reputation, it is important that all of the tested vehicles that leave our shop are 100% accurate. Please be patient as we will reopen ASAP.

Well, they have a lot of work to do to get that place ready for diesels. They are definately going to need MAJOR hardware replacement along with software. They're going to need rollers a lot heavier than the 1500lb. ones that they currently have.....

Good deal though, hopefully if this works out for them I will be getting my free re-dyno when they get all set-up.
