So Cal Rattlin Rams- August 9 Picnic- Thank Yous
OK Guys. I tried to get this planed as early as I could to give everyone enugh time to schedule things. I had to cancle my vacation because of things at work
and consequently have had a difficult time planning things this summer. That and most of you GOT A VACATION and have not been around!
Here are the details thus far. It will be held at-
Saturday, August 9, 2003
10:00 AM - 2:00PM
Hunter Industries
1940 Diamond St.
San Marcos Ca. 92069
For those of you who did not attend the BBQ here 2 years ago, this is a beautiful, privately owned and well maintained park that Hunter uses for testing of its irrigation equipment. Did I mention beautiful
??
Anyway, although it is an irrigation testing grounds, it is ironically a dry park
. That means no alcohol, and the Rams' mascot, Shadow, and all other pets will have to miss this one.
We also need to have a show of hands as soon as possible so we can make provisions for you. Please send me an email (link below) and chime in here so we can get a count. Everyone is welcome from all regions, there's plenty of room for us.
Oo. Oo.
We are now at more than 70 members
I'd love to see a strong showing for this, Wives and kids are more than welcome!!
Kev
UPDATE>>>>>>>>>>>>
I have posted maps and driving directions at the bottom of this thread.
Oo. Due to the large number of expected attendees, we are unable to provide food (no budget), SOOO. Bring what you'd like to BBQ (we'll provide the BBQ's) and if you'd like to bring something to share, that would be fine as well.
I want to emphasize that this is fun FOR THE WHOLE family and family/children are more than welcome, just leave the beer and pets at home.
