The year is again coming to a close, and we've really had a great year of events. As we draw to the close of our second full year of organized membership, its time to make plans for our annual December BBQ.



Last year we held the event at Irvine Regional Park. While the park is a great place to hold it, it isn't quite as friendly for parking as is Yorba Regional Park, where we have had several events in the past. With that being said, this year's annual Christmas Party will be held:



Saturday, December 11, 2004

10:00AM til 2:30PM

Yorba Regional Park, Anaheim

VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS!!



We will be again participating in the toys for tots program. Members are strongly encouraged to bring UNWRAPPED, new toys to be donated to the program



RSVP is extremely important this year, as we are planning on providing food and or having the event catered.



Parking is $6 per truck. I will have designated area set aside this time, so parking will not be a problem.



It would be great to have 100 trucks show up. This event is 7 plus weeks away, I hope plenty of time to get all the old and new faces together.

We'll see what I can do there guys, I want to go, but the previous weekend I am going to SD for a Broncos and Chargers game. GO Broncos! And the weekend previous to that is Thanksgiving and I am supposed to be going to Arizona. So I will try, but thta is a lot of traveling weekend after weekend. Puttin' on the calendar and planning on it, thought. Oo.

I've been planning on attending the Mooneyes Xmas Show that day, but I shouldn't have a problem swinging by one or the other first, I'd like to meet the crew.

New to the TDR and would like to attend. I am one finger shy of a handful of kids. Are there places for them to ride bicycles or a playground. Will there be other kids or are these events more for adults.

It is a very large park with bike paths inside and a bike trail all the way to the beach if you feel up to it(about a 20 mile ride 1 way),some playground equipt. and baseball fields. We are having more wives and kids coming now also.

We try to to make it fun for all Oo.

Oo. As I said in my e-mail to you last month we'll be there with a Ram that rattles to be with the Rattlin Rams.

Sorry that I can't respond on the Rattlin Rams site but I can't remember my password and user name. Must be a leftover condition from owning a Ford.

Bob 4X4, If you come you could bring the waste gate accuator that you said you have. Will need it to accompany my letter to you know where. :-{}
