How often do you check the TDR forums?

Who would be interested in getting the Jeep Rescue?

How do you get here? The Technology is shifting FAST ... . Allmost too fast. Who has the techno edge here?

Broadband (DSL , Cable , T1 , T3 , Satelite)

Dial Up

Other (Gotta Describe wheather they are smoke signals ... carrier pidgeons , or the pony express itself LOL!)

Dial up.

I stopped feeding the cable pig years ago, live too far out in the woods for dsl, don't wanna pay for the high cost of satellite connection.

Guess I'm stuck in 56k land forever

Oh My Bad

Me: Cable at home (Optimums box is at the end of the street so I RULE the neighborhood in bandwidth) And work is fed via T3 ... . Only we use cruddy dell workstations that barely clock a tick over a 266 Pentium 1 LOL!

Back in MA at work I had multiple OC (fibre optic) connections at work... Out here in WI at work I have at least a T1... not sure of the specifics.

At home back in MA I was on dialup... . 50k connection speed. At home here in WI I have DSL... it's included in the rent... when we moved in, I plugged in the CAT-5 and got a DHCP assigned IP address. :)

Someone really close to my apartment (probably next door... since the signal is so good... ) has 802. 11b wireless LAN... because I can surf the internet on my tablet PC whilst in 'the study' with no wires!

Cable at home. Sticks and a log at work. Occasionally they let me set fire to a truck and send smoke signals. They are extremely technologically advanced at work. If I remember right they were saying something about a monkey and a football. :D

Bill [Kickin] and I use the same supplier I think... only my string is longer than his so the "speed" [boy is that the wrong word] is less

Right now I'm on a POS dial-up connection, but Tuesday the cable guy is hooking me up!! I can't wait 'till my puter is BOMBED!! WOOOHOOO!! :D

dancin' a jig, Rob

Cable at home, not sure what they use at work, but it seems slower than home. Good thing I work out of the house occasionally. Got to be able to hit the TDR once in a while. :D Comcast, $43 a month, if I remember right.

I pay about $50 / month for Cox cable internet. About a month ago, they threw in basic cable TV for the same price. I use DirecTV for entertainment, but the free basic cable is nice for the extra set.

Very fast DSL (1. 5 megabits) at home, T3 at office, dial-up on the road.

Just renewed my DSL (SBC) for $26. 95 a month, I know people who are paying almost that much for AOL and dial-up!
