So injectors raise EGT's?

Iwas following the 50hp injector upgrade and did not want to totally thread jack. My question is, do performance injectors raise EGT's?

I'm not totally 100% sure, but I don't think all performance injectors would raise EGT's. I know more fuel will raise EGT's, but you can get injectors that due to a better spray pattern, will give you more power with the same amount of fuel. Though, if you go from stock to something signifigantly larger, say 100hp, you will notice a higher EGT. If you can get enough air though, you can bring those EGTs back down. Think of it like this, lean is cooler, rich is hotter.

Why?

Only while you use the higher HP that they can supply. At the same HP level, they will slightly drop EGT, but who can keep from mashing the pedal? Pyro is mandatory.
