Does anyone ever do this?

Just curious if anyone else knows what they want,,,, but is kind of stretching out their bombing money over the next few years .



Heres my list. (NOT NECESSARY IN THIS ORDER)



-Air Dog

-Mag-Hitec Double Deep Trany (Front And Rear Differential Covers... MAybe)

-Ats 3 Piece Ext. Manifold

-Ats Intake Manifold

-Westin Bull Guard

-TURBO --- Not real Big

-Injectors --- Not real big

-L. E. D. Tail Lights ... them are SHARP !!!!!

-Head Unit ... I have a $400 Pro Audio now but it wont play MP3's



Whats that like 6G's :>



Thats a start ..... My next few bombs are not really performance Oriented,,, but more in the lines of longevity then Ill get into some more performance Stuff .



So Whats in store for your Truck ??? I think it will be neat to look back and be like ... I acutally wanted that ???!!!... LOL



It will be atleast 5 or so years before I run out of stuff I want for my truck .

Here's roughly what I'm looking at:



1) Edge Comp or MAD ECM/TST

2) Super 40 or 'zilla turbo or ???

3) Water/Meth or NOS-- or BOTH:D

4) Con FE clutch, obviously

5) 4" to 5" exhaust, stepped

6) Arma or Linex bedliner

7) Some kind of tonneau cover

8) KORE Race suspension-- hey, I can dream, can't I?



Obviously, this isn't the order I can do them in, though a box is definitely first, and the KORE is definitely last.

B2 turbo and all the headwork that accompanies twins Oo. also not so fairly soon :{

Would like to be comfortably in the 400Hp range sometime soon. I better get to work doing some research :-laf

The truck is in the shop now, they are finishing up the PDR stage 2 head and a PDR cam along with a GSK. Also getting a set of twins next month and a new exhaust system. Getting a set of PODs from my son to get a little more fuel.



The above will just about blow any money I had even THOUGHT about for bombs! :rolleyes: :D Oo. Oo. :)



Will have to learn how to drive the truck all over again!

transmission by somebody, DTT would be nice, However, Local Guy; Frank Noble Performance builds a nice transmission. Torque Converter, VB, HD Planets, The Works :D

Exhaust Brake, most likey PacBrake.

ATS 3 piece Exhaust Manifold

Stud and O-ring the head, with mild porting.

Blue Chip Box

Twins, most likely using my HX-35 as High Pressure and a HBT2 or bigger for Low Pressure ;)

Big enough injectors to light off the power w/ minimum SMOKE :eek:

Ladder Bars by GreatLakesDieselWorks in the back.

3rd Gen Trackbar kit in the front

Steering box support kit.



1st Gen Sled Pulling Truck w/ 10,000 GVW trailer Oo. Is that a bomb??? :confused:

Mach 6's if I decide to spring for the bigger turbo and p-pump it





For the '93:

Goerend full-billet transmission

HX-55 turbo





Also need to decide which truck to use my new 215 pump on. P-pump the '01, or swap the 160 pump on the '93 out for the 215?

There were a couple of other items that I just can not remember now. All told close to $7-9,000.

The stuff below in my sig should put me slightly above 400 HP - I was at 311 HP and 835 tq before the injectors/BHAF and exhaust - and the truck still is as streetable and reliable as before the mods. It has balanced power that doesn't require me to keep my eyes glued the the EGT guage - yet still is well over 20 MPG running empty put on the superslab. .



YUP, I think I'm about done with the "improvements"... :D :D
