I've done complete brakes all around. I've checked the vac pump and the resvoir is air tight. No leaks and completely air free in lines. Also replaced rubber brake lines with braided lines. The pressure diff switch plunger activates when pedal pressed. I've got Disc in rear and there adjusted right. I've got sediment in Master cylinder reservoir after several good flushes with synthetic brake fluid. Could the master cylinder be failing and I'm getting junk from my MC back thru my check valves? I've got 130,000 miles onthe truck and it's the original MC.

I upgraded my brake system to rar disk as well and I have always noticed a softer pedal as well.

See this www.brakeguard.com

This insalls in 30 minutes just by the Master cyl. and it is a 2 piece unit that mounts on both lines. It has a diaphram that keeps positive pressure on the fluid without making brake drag. When you push the pedal, there is a more of an instant response like airbrakes.

I did a test just with my truck which weighs 8000 pounds, stopped from 60 to 0 in 160 feet. Not locked up. Most cars half this weight stop in 120 feet so it helps alot... !!!

Look at the satisfied customers letters. Most have cut stopping distance in half...
