Can anyone recommend brake pads that won't ruin rotors? My 02 has 125k and the pads still look new BUT--- the rotors appear softer than the pads and are wearing awfully dang fast. I'd much rather change pads every 50k than grind or change rotors evry 100 - 150k. Thanks

I recently turned my rotors and put some of Sams pads on my truck, initially I didn't care for them but then realized they needed some time to seat in, now the truck brakes hard and it will brake just as hard when there hot as I was testing making multiple 100 MPH passes, I would do it again in a heartbeat.

the directions say to refinish the rotor the first time you install them, and you should never have to refinish them again as long as you replace the pads before there metal on metal.

I have found they last longer then stock, stop better then stock, cost less then stock, and have a life time warranty through autozone.
