Software Utility - Printing Directories?????

I have a mess of my email directories (Outlook)in that I have way, way to many files with duplicates etc. Is there a utility that will print the directories, or a way to do that so I can straighten this out?

i don't use outlook, but if it keeps the mail in plane old directories that you can view from the exporer window, then i have a little program that will do that... just post here if you think it will work and i'll e-mail it to you. .
